Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your crests for any reason, keep them and we will give you a full refund. You won't be out one red cent guaranteed.
You can also exchange any of your patches for others at any time. Just return the merchandise in re-saleable and new condition. Please enclose a copy of the original receipt or include your contact information (phone, address and email). You may choose a refund or merchandise exchange in the same amount of the return (excluding shipping).
Four Ways to Order and Pay
1. Use the Shopping Basket and Pay by CREDIT CARD
As a convenience we now accept secure online payment by Visa and Mastercard. Browse the site and add items to your shopping cart. Confirm your order by selecting "Credit Card" and you will be taken to a secure page which will process your payment.
2. Use the Shopping Basket and Pay by PAYPAL
Browse the site and add items to your shopping cart. Confirm your order by selecting "PayPal" and you will be taken to PayPal which will process your payment. You can use your PayPal account. If you do not have one you can sign up here or just enter your credit card information.
3. Use the Shopping Basket and Pay by CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER if you have an account
Browse the site and add items to your shopping cart. Confirm your order by selecing "On Account" and you will be taken to an order confirmation page that displays the mailing address. You can forward a cheque made out to e-patches & crests.
Before we process this payment method, we will confirm you have an account with us. If you do not and still want to pay by cheque, we will wait until it arrives and clears our bank account before we will ship your order.

Phone in, email or fax your order and we’ll let you know the amount owing and you can provide your credit card information.
