Greetings
Another Guiding/Scouting year is winding down and although Covid continues to make life difficult, we must celebrate the fortitude of the kids and the ingenuity of the leaders.
When you hold your closing or advancement ceremony, please take time to present a patch to those who made a difference in your Guiding/Scouting experience. The right crest can instill a feeling of confidence in a child/youth, especially when acknowledging a skill or talent they have displayed. Patches are also a way to say “thank you” to leaders and volunteers.
Above all, patches bring joy and excitement to the one who receives them. In these unprecedented times, I hope that our products have helped, even just a little, to spread happiness and positivity.
