We are shipping orders Tuesday through Thursday. If you have an urgent request, please give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Canada Post is not guaranteeing delivery times so shipping time frames have been extended to what's listed on our shipping page. If you require an urgent shipment, please either add a Comment to your order or call our office at 1-877-335-8904.

How to Order

1. Use the Shopping Basket and Pay by CREDIT CARD

  • We accept secure online payment by VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.
  • Browse the site and add items to your shopping cart.
  • Confirm your order by selecting "Credit Card" and you will be taken to a secure page that will process your payment.
  • We charge in Canadian currency. Please see our FAQ page for paying in other currencies.

2. Use the Shopping Basket and Pay by PAYPAL

  • Browse the site and add items to your shopping cart.
  • Confirm your order by selecting "PayPal" and you will be taken to PayPal which will process your payment.
  • You can use your PayPal account.
  • If you do not have one you can sign up here or just enter your credit card information.
  • YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE PAYPAL.

3. Use the Shopping Basket and Pay via E-Transfer

  • Browse the site and add items to your shopping cart.
  • Confirm your order by selecting "E-Transfer."
  • Please send your E-Transfer to funpatchorder@e-patchesandcrests.com, we are set up for auto-deposit so a password is NOT required. 
  • A receipt and shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed once we have received your E-Transfer payment. Until then, the order will be considered on hold.

4. Use the Shopping Basket and Pay ON ACCOUNT

  • THIS OPTION IS AVAILABLE WITH PRIOR APPROVAL ONLY.
  • Browse the site and add items to your shopping cart.
  • Confirm your order by selecting "On Account."
  • You can mail a cheque or money order made out to E-Patches & Crests.
  • Before we process this payment method, we will confirm you have an account with us.
  • If you do not and still want to pay by cheque, we will wait until it arrives before we ship your order.

5. PHONE or EMAIL or FAX

Phone in, email or fax your order to us and we’ll let you know the amount owing and provide you with instructions on how to pay via your preferred payment method: credit card, PayPal, or e-transfer.
