Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
In-stock orders usually ship within 2 business days. During our busiest months (April, May, October, November), it may take 3–4 business days to ship.
If you require your order by a certain date, please let us know the exact date by leaving a note in your order during check-out or give us a call at 877-335-8904.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away to see if we can help. Once an order has shipped, changes aren’t possible.
What happens next depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracked & insured shipping: If your order was shipped with tracking and insurance, please contact us if it appears lost or significantly delayed. We will open a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund once the carrier completes its investigation.
Untracked / uninsured shipping (Regular Mail): These shipments do not include tracking or insurance. Once the package leaves our office, we are unable to trace it or file a claim. If a package sent by untracked mail is lost, we cannot replace or refund the order.
If you are concerned about delivery security, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout for added protection and peace of mind.
The delivery time begins the business day after your order leaves our office. “Business days” are Monday to Friday and don’t include Canadian statutory holidays.
