E-Reward points is a free membership benefit that was launched November 9, 2016 as an added value for our members. Once you join, you will be able to earn points on every in-stock purchase and E-Club subscription payment you make at E-Patches & Crests. By saving up your points you can redeem them to get money off your future purchases. Become a member and start earning points today.

1. How do I get E-Reward points?

Just sign up as a member and you're done! If you're already a member then you will automatically receive E-Reward points.

2. How does the program work?

Once you join, you will be able to earn points on every in-stock purchase and E-Club subscription payment you make on E-Patches & Crests. By saving up your points you can redeem them to get money off your future purchases. Your points are calculated based on your subtotal before taxes and shipping.

3. Do I need to be a member?

Yes. E-Reward points is just one of the many benefits of being an E-Patches & Crests member. If you are not already a member, you can sign up here.

4. Who can join E-Reward points?

Anyone can as long as you are an E-Patches & Crests member. We're proud to say that our customers are located all around the world, so whether you are from Canada, U.S., U.K., Australia, or anywhere else you can join E-Reward points.

5. Is there a cost to join?

No, it's 100% free! By becoming an E-Patches & Crests member you automatically are enrolled for E-Reward points.

6. Can I join as an organization or company?

Yes, as long as you create the account with your personal name you can put any company or organization you're affiliated with into the company name field.

7. How do I earn points?

To earn points all you have to do is complete a purchase with us and watch your point total grow every time you shop. We like to keep things simple so for every dollar you spend you earn one point.

8. Do my points expire?

No, they do not. There's nothing more annoying than saving up your points only to have a company tell you that they have expired. We will never do that.

10. How do I redeem my points?

Once you earn enough points for a redemption, the option to redeem your points will appear in the checkout. Simply select the redemption amount and apply it to your order.

11. How do I know how many points I have and where do I find my balance?

Go to the Members Area. Your points total will be listed once you are logged in.

12. What can I use my points for?

You can redeem your points for any in-stock purchase as long as the points don't exceed the balance. Purchases redeemed by points are non-refundable. Our E-Club subscription service and custom patch orders are exempt from any point redemption. However you do earn points on your E-Club subscription payments.

13. I'm missing points from my transaction, what should I do?

If you are missing points from your transaction, please contact us and we will sort it out right away.

14. What if I forget to sign into my account for a purchase? Can I still redeem the points?

If you forget to sign into your member's account, you can still redeem your points as long as it's within 1 week of the transaction date and you are able to produce the receipt. Phone our office and we will link your order to your member account so you can get your points. Please remember, it is always best to log into your member account before placing a purchase.

15. Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. The reward points are not transferable from one member account to another.

16. How long does it take my points balance to update after a transaction?

Your reward points total will update immediately after your payment has been confirmed. You can see your points balance in your member's account. See question #11 for more details on how to see your E-Reward points balance.

17. I'm going to be earning points on a purchase, can I use those points right away?

Your points are earned after you complete your payment, so you will not be able to use those points until future purchases.

18. Are the points deducted from my account if I return an item?

Yes. Your point total balance will be reduced by the number of points earned for the purchase of the item you are returning.

19. Would I be able to get my points back if I accidently deleted my account?

Yes! Your member account can be reactivated and the points total you had at the time of deletion will come back as well.

20. Can I use my points towards my E-Club subscription or custom order?

No. Our E-Club subscription service and custom orders are not applicable for point redemption. However, you will earn rewards for your E-Club subscription payment.

21. Is there a minimum or maximum amount of points I can redeem at one time?

The minimum amount of points you can redeem on one purchase is 500 pts and there is no maximum limit as long as the points don't exceed the order total.

22. If multiple people use my account, whom do the points belong to?

The points belong to the person who originally registered the account. If you give someone else access to your account, you remain responsible for that person's access and/or use of your account.
